Suitable for teams of 5 – 500+, this brilliant challenge will bring out the best in your team this Christmas! You can make homemade, eco-friendly Christmas crackers which contain a special gift for someone who needs it most.
How does it work?
o3e will provide your team with all the materials, insight and expertise needed to create your own box of Charity Christmas crackers to donate to a good cause. After a short presentation from the charity receiving the crackers, your team will design, artwork and create the crackers before devising jokes and choosing the gift inside. Whether you want to give some hope to children on hospital wards, give people without homes a little boost, or let women in a refuge know someone cares, your crackers (and terrible jokes inside) are guaranteed to bring a smile this Christmas.
Perfect for your festive get-together, the o3e elves can come to you on-site to hold the event. For our friends overseas, or if you’d prefer a remote option, we can send you everything you need by post so you can run the session yourself in-house wherever in the world you are!

Suitable for teams of 5 – 2000+, this totally rad activity helps bring some creativity to your festive event! Design, artwork and build skateboards to gift to young people.
How does it work?
After a short intro from the charity receiving the skateboards, the fun begins! o3e will provide the kit, the knowledge, the festive cheer and the games (including the obligatory Christmas quizzes). Your company will deliver the participants, the creativity and the care. Together we will produce awesome skateboards to donate to young people for Christmas – they could be young carers, youth centres, or part of households who are living on the breadline. What a gift!

Santa's Build a Bike Factory
o3e’s festive themed Charity Bike Build is sure to hit the spot when it comes to high energy, high fun and great outcomes. Your team will build bikes to donate to young people’s charities, homeless shelters or children in refuges.
How does it work?
The build starts with an introduction from the charity receiving the donated bikes. Then the challenges begin… each team of 8 is responsible for building a bike – but there are challenges along the way! Teams will need to battle in a head-to-head race with our speedy Santa on our virtual bike, compete in a rubber rally and take part in a bike-size quiz. By completing the challenges, they’ll win tokens to acquire extra items to donate with the bike, like locks, pumps and helmets.

Get the Balance right this festive season
Suitable for groups of 8 – 2000+, this high-energy activity sees teams complete challenges to win the parts to build a scooter – a great gift for any child at Christmas!
How does it work?
After a short intro from the charity receiving the scooters, the Christmas challenges begin! Teams will compete in a range of festive-themed challenges to win their scooter parts – a festive scooter race, a Christmas mystery to solve, name that festive tune and crack a Christmas code. Once teams have built their scooters, the o3e elves will deliver them to children’s charities, youth centres and family refuges ready for Christmas morning!

How does it work?
This in-app festive charity team building challenge is fully customisable! Gather your team for a series of holiday-related riddles, puzzles, code-breaking, drawing/video challenges, quizzes and more, all from the comfort of their own homes. Giving from the Globe works as a great international festive challenge to bring your teams together.
The better your team performs, the more items they can collect for care packages. The o3e elves will send the care packs to a charity of your choosing during the festive period.
