Why we work together

Good partnerships start with listening.

The best donation is one a charity can immediately put to use. Close relationships help us to understand what is needed and enable our clients to make an immediate difference.

  • Donations shaped by charity needs

We start with the charity’s priorities, so teams contribute items that can be put to use.

  • A shared purpose for your team

Colleagues work towards a practical result and see who their contribution supports.

  • o3e brings it together

We coordinate the activity and charity relationship, then share feedback on the donation.

How the partnership works

Working together to deliver useful donations.

A continuing conversation helps us match the right support to the right charity.

  1. Understand the charity’s priorities

We talk with the charity about the people it supports and the donations that could help them.

  2. Connect with businesses

We help clients choose an event that brings their team together and contributes to the charity’s priorities.

  3. Deliver and share the impact

We coordinate donations and share charity feedback with the clients who made them possible.

The difference donations make

What a donation can make possible.

The charities we support have received bikes, scooters, skateboards, sports wheelchairs, adapted musical instruments, playhouses and beds through our events. Each donation starts with a practical need and creates something a charity can use.

The feedback matters too. Hearing how a donation is used helps clients understand their contribution and helps us plan future support with the charity.
