Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These terms cover using this website and buying a DIY kit through it. Facilitated events are booked separately and are covered by the agreement we send you at the time.
Who we are
o3e Limited. You can reach us at hello@o3e.co.uk or on 0330 113 7170.
Using this website
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. The text, images, logos and design belong to o3e, so please do not copy them for your own commercial use without asking.
We keep the site as accurate as we can. Prices, availability and event details can change, and nothing on this site is a binding offer until we confirm it in writing.
Prices shown on this site
Prices are a guide. The figures the finder gives you are indicative ranges based on group size, not a quote. A quote is something we send you, in writing, after we understand what you need.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT.
Buying a DIY kit
Your order
When you pay for a kit you are making an offer to buy it. Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it. If we cannot fulfil it we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you give us at checkout, so please check it. Kits usually arrive within about seven working days, and we confirm the date with you before anything is sent. Delivery is to mainland UK unless we agree otherwise.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
Cancelling and returns
If you are buying as a consumer you have 14 days from receiving the kit to change your mind, and a further 14 days to return it. Return it unused and in a condition we can resell, and we will refund you.
This right does not apply to business purchases, though we will always try to be reasonable. Talk to us.
If a kit arrives damaged or incomplete, tell us within a reasonable time and we will replace it or refund you.
What is in the kit
Kits contain parts and tools for building the items described. Adults should supervise assembly. Please follow the instructions provided, particularly the safety checks.
The donation
Every kit exists so that what your team builds is donated. We arrange collection or delivery to the charity. Which charity receives it depends on need at the time, and we will tell you where it went.
Enquiries and your details
When you use the finder or a form on this site, you are giving us your details so we can reply. What we do with them is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Things we cannot be responsible for
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost opportunity.
Nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
