Brief to invoice.

    Headcount, date, location, budget and what the client wants out of it. A rough version is fine.

  2. We price it

    Event options that fit the brief and the budget.

  3. You put it to your client

    Build the options into your proposal however suits you. We'll welcome questions along the way.

  4. We deliver, together

    Our professional crew runs the day, and we deliver to the charity. You can be as involved as little or as much as you like.

Do you pay commission?

Yes. We agree a commission with each agency partner before the first booking, so you know where you stand on every proposal.

Can you work white label?

Yes. On the day we deliver either visibly as o3e or as part of your team and brand, whichever you have agreed with your client. We can stay behind the scenes throughout, or join client calls where that helps.

Can we use your descriptions and photographs?

Yes. We supply approved descriptions, photography and visual content. Use it as it comes, adapt it for your own proposals and website, or ask us for a white label version.

Do you work outside the UK?

We run events across the UK, Europe and the USA. Tell us where the event is and we will tell you what is possible.

How many people can an event take?

Events run from 8 people up to 2000. Our event pages show the range for each one.

What happens to what the team builds?

We source a charity before the event and they usually attend to say thank you. The handover at the end is always a memorable moment.
