For event organisers

The session on the agenda people will remember forever.

  • From 1 hour upwards
  • Works alongside your AV
  • Up to 2000 people

Why organisers book us

It elevates you event with real purpose

You have the keynote, you have the breakouts, but how are going to get people out of their chairs without it feeling like a punishment?

A charity build fills that slot with genuine purpose. People are on their feet, working with colleagues they do not normally sit near, and at the end of it a charity walks away with lief-changing equipment. It photographs well and it writes up well, which matters when you are the one being asked what the day achieved.

It also gives your leadership something new to say from the stage, which is worth way more than another icebreaker.

Working with you

We plan around your agenda, not ours.

You already have a schedule, a venue and probably an AV supplier. We fit into all three.

  1. We take your timings

Tell us the slot and we scale the build to it. One hour, ninety minutes or a full afternoon.

  2. We talk to your venue

Load in, floor space, power and set up times. We deal with the venue directly so it does not land back on you.

  3. We run it from the front

Our crew brief, run and close the session. Your compere gets the room back on time.

  4. You get the write up

Photographs and the donation figures, ready for the recap email and the internal post.

Practical things

What we need from the venue.

  • Floor or table space for the number taking part. We confirm the exact footprint when we quote.
  • A load-in route and somewhere to stage kit before the session.
  • Around an hour to set up before your team arrives, and half an hour to clear.
  • A microphone if the room is large. We can work with your AV supplier or bring our own.

We will speak to the venue ourselves if that is easier. Most of the time it is.

Events that suit an agenda slot.

These are the ones that scale to a big room and finish on time.

Questions we get asked

Can this run inside a conference?

Yes, and it is one of the most common ways we work. Our short format builds are designed for a one hour slot inside an existing agenda, including the brief and the handover.

How much space do you need?

It depends on the build and the headcount, and we confirm the exact footprint when we quote. As a rule, a room already set for your group will take the build with the tables you have.

Can you work with our AV supplier?

Yes. We regularly plug into a venue AV setup for sound, and we can bring our own if the room does not have it.

What is the largest group you have run?

Up to two thousand people. Very large groups run in waves across the room so everybody takes part without the space becoming the limit.

How much notice do you need?

A few weeks is usually comfortable. Tell us the date as early as you can, especially for the last quarter of the year, which books up first.

Tell us roughly what you have in mind.

A rough headcount and date is enough to start. We'll get some costs together, and we'll only follow up if you want us to.
