Every o3e event has a charitable purpose. We work with charities across Birmingham and the West Midlands, matching your team with a cause that can genuinely benefit from your efforts.
Your team will know who they're supporting before the event, and wherever possible, we'll invite the charity to join you on the day. Seeing the bikes, wheelchairs, scooters, skateboards or care packs handed over in person makes the experience even more meaningful.

Yes. We run charity team building events across Birmingham and the surrounding area, for groups from six to two thousand people, and the charity that receives the donation is local to the event.
We match the charity to where the event is and name them before the day. We work with charities across the West Midlands, and we tell you exactly who is receiving the donation when we confirm the booking.
Travel is included in the price we quote you. There is no separate charge added afterwards.
Anywhere from six to two thousand. Smaller teams usually run one of our small group challenges, and very large groups run in waves so everybody builds something.
Most events run between one and three hours. The short format builds fit inside a conference agenda and the full builds suit an away day.
No. Almost every event runs in a room you already have, whether that is your own office, a hotel function room or a conference space. We tell you exactly what the space needs when we quote.
It is given to a charity, almost always on the same day. Wherever possible the charity comes and collects it in front of your team, which is the part people remember.
A rough headcount and a rough date is enough to start. You get the prices first, and we only follow up if you want us to.
